USA Hockey Registration Numbers Needed for the 2018-2019 Season
Parents,
As we are set to start the 2018-2019 Season we need every player's USA Hockey registration number recorded asap.
We have set up a QYHA - USA Hockey Registration site which will link you to the USA Hockey website, where you can register your children. Once you register, you will then need to complete the form on the QYHA - USA Hockey Registration link providing us with your registration number.
